Wouldn't it be lovely if your home were clutter-free? Coming home could then be a delicious, welcoming experience. If you are seeking to create that peaceful, safe haven and want to explore what is blocking your efforts, then come to this class. Each session will be highly interactive and participatory. You'll leave the course understanding that clutter is a reflection of your spirit. You'll practice ways to uncover what lies underneath your clutter and identify strategies to propel yourself forward clutter-free. Practical approaches will be provided to get you started.

Bev's Clutter Clearing Circle
1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PMArlington/Alexandria, across from Shirlington (off of I-395)
The Circle is a small group of individuals who seek to understand why they have clutter, so they can address it with clarity and enthusiasm. Each session has an activity to uncover the reasons why we hold on to certain pieces of clutter, followed by a lively, insightful discussion. De-cluttering solutions and strategies are provided.
If you want professional guidance on how to approach your clutter; if you are seeking solutions for dealing with your clutter frustration; if you want to accomplish more by being accountable to people who care about you; if you value the support of like-minded individuals; and/or if you are committed to your own transformation, then come to the Circle!

Teleclasses - Winter 2010
Teleclasses are an opportunity for participants to de-clutter independently within a structured, supportive framework. All classes are 3.5 hours and cost $125.00. Payment must be made in advance through PayPal (links below) or with a personal check. All teleclasses are conducted in a similar format:
- You call into a conference number you receive once you've registered.
- Each class is divided into segments:
- Three check-in times when all participants come together
- Two periods of independent de-cluttering
- One 20-minute individual consultation during the week following the call.
- Agenda and guidelines are provided once you've registered.
- You receive solutions and strategies as well as support and encouragement from fellow participants.

Whether you choose to work with one stack or several piles of paper, we'll guide you through a sorting process. We'll help you:
- Make decisions on what to keep and for how long
- Sort your papers into categories and sub-categories
- Determine the best way for you to file your papers
- Develop a system for handling your mail and action items
- Manage your papers on a regular basis.

Here's your opportunity to do it independently with the help of a de-cluttering expert and other teleclass participants. Choose an area you wish to de-clutter during this teleclass. It must be small enough for you to feel accomplished by the end of our time together. We'll help you:
- Decide what to keep and what to toss
- Create a sorting process
- Examine your rationale for keeping certain items
- Determine what to do with the stuff you want to toss, and
- Continue the de-cluttering process after the teleclass.

Saturday, January 30 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM ESTIf your bookshelves are double-booked and overflowing; if your books are piled high on your nightstand; and if keep buying books and wonder where you'll put them, then this teleclass is for you! The tough question is whether you will ever read them. During this teleclass, we'll help you:
- Make decisions on which books to keep, donate and discard
- Examine your reasons for keeping books
- Take a hard look at those books you haven't read and don't have time to read
- Remove those stacks of books you've relegated to the floor, coffee table or nightstand, and
- Shed light on any books hidden away in boxes!
Someone's in the KITCHEN with Clutter

Is the state of your kitchen causing you to eat out more than you would like? Is it preventing you from inviting friends or family for a home-cooked meal? Is your inner Julia Child wanting to get out? If so, it's likely your kitchen clutter is impeding you from cooking and enjoying the dining process. This teleclass will help you::
- Clean out that refrigerator
- Throw out those expired canned goods
- Clear out that stuff under your sink
- Review your cookbooks
- Examine your pots and pans
- Check the state of your plates, bowls and flatware and who knows what else!
Clothes Encounters
